Questions people ask before buying

Is this a physical print or a download?

A download. You buy the files on Etsy and print them yourself, at home, at a local print shop or through an online printing service. Nothing is posted to you.

When do the files arrive?

As soon as the payment clears. Etsy shows the download link on the confirmation page and emails it to you, so a print bought at midnight is ready at midnight.

What size can I print?

Each listing states the ratios and pixel sizes it includes, and the largest print those files support. Files are supplied at 300 DPI. Sizes differ by design, so the listing page is the one to check before you buy.

Will it fit my frame?

Every design ships several aspect ratios rather than one fixed size, and each listing includes a size guide showing which file matches which frame. Match the ratio to your frame and print at the size you want.

Can I use it commercially?

No. The licence is personal use: print as many copies as you like for your own walls or to give as a gift, and do not resell, share or redistribute the files.

Can I get a refund?

Etsy does not accept returns on downloaded files, which is why every listing shows the artwork and the file details in full before you buy. If a file is wrong or will not open, message me through Etsy and I will fix it.

Where do I buy?

On Etsy, at puremakers.etsy.com. This site is the catalogue; Etsy takes the payment and delivers the files.
